Valentines Beans

Hey hey :) I honestly don't know how long I am going to keep up with this blog seeming as every time I start a blog I always give up after 3 posts... But let's just see shall we. First things first, Happy Valentines Day ♥ Today's actually my school swimming carnival but I'm staying home instead since I have soooooo much maths to do :( I haven't even brushed my teeth yet omg :( Anyways, I recently went sort of crazy and I splurged on makeup hehe... So let me show you what I've gotten so far! And if by the time I receive everything else I'm still using this blog, then I will also show you the rest of the things I purchased :)
So the first thing I got was something I didn't get online, I went to Myers to grab it. It's the Mac pressed blot powder in medium dark. Since I have really oily skin, I thought this would be ideal to put on after my foundation.

Mac pressed blot powder in medium dark, $36
The next few items I got were purchased from
Beauty Bay. At the moment they have a special offer where international shipping is free! So that's always a plus. Beauty Bay sells many brands not available in Australia, and for much cheaper if sold in Australia such as Urban Decay, Stila, and Too Faced. My parcel arrived in about 2 weeks since I ordered it. Though the only bad thing is that they forgot to include a lip product I ordered in my parcel!! So I hope that gets fixed soon. But Foonie wasn't missing anything in her order so it's probably just mine :(
Most of the things I bought were because Jen from
frmheadtoe had raved about :P Previously I had been using a Covergirl eyeliner but whenever I used it on my waterline, it never stayed there for very long. So I saw in one of Jen's reviews that the Urban Decay 24/7 glide-on eye pencils didn't budge on waterlines so I was like omg :D I bought one in Zero (black), and one in Yeyo (shimmery white).

Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Zero and Yeyo, $19.90
I also got a Stila long wear liquid lip colour in the shade Coral. At first I bought this because I was thinking that I would wear it to the formal since it doesn't budge. BUT this thing is srsly so pigmented it's scary, so it's a no no for formal... Just in case you don't know what this is, it comes in a lip gloss looking package with the same applicator as one, but the formula of it looks like a cream, and once you put it on your lips it's like a matte lipstick. The shade I got it in, Coral, is a very pink hued peach. I looked a bit ridiculous when I tried it on the other day, but maybe that's because I had a bare face. And bare face + crazy pigmented lips = no no. So I'll test it out one day when my whole face actually has makeup.

Stila Long Wear Liquid Lip Colour in Coral, $18
Then I got the Urban Decay Primer Potion. And of course, no explaining is required for this holy grail :P The mini sized one is from my next product I'm about to mention!

Urban Decay Primer Potion, $22.20
Drum roll please! I saved the best for last :D THE URBAN DECAY NAKED PALETTE! Woohooo ♥ I've longed for this for way too long, it's about time I got it. Thank you lord Jesus, and thank you Hoyts for allowing this absolutely wonderful opportunity to arrive ♥ This palette is actually much smaller than what I thought it would be, but nonetheless, WOOT NAKED! I'm thinking of getting the Naked 2 palette but I'll save that for another time. This is just an item that I think every girl in existence on this planet needs to own.

Urban Decay Naked Palette, $49
So I guess that concludes my mini makeup haul :) Thank you very much for visiting my new blog and hopefully I will continue to run this blog so that you can continue to read it. I should get into my maths now, hope to be back soon!
