I seriously can't believe that grade 12 is so close to being finished, I'm looking forward to life in university so much. High school makes me still feel like I'm a little girl, but I feel as if once uni starts, I'm going to feel so much more grown up. Making my own decisions, building my career, making new friends. It all sounds too good to be true!! As long as I graduate knowing that I tried my best in term 3 and 4, I can easily say graduation will be the happiest day of my life - up until then. I definitely was no where near putting 100% effort in term 1 and 2, more like 15% and I'm not even joking. Even though I kept telling myself night after night that the next day I would study straight after school, nope never happened. The television or computer would lure me in with its seducing ways. Or even if I ban myself from both, I'll just be sitting in my room, doing nothing. Determination is there, just not motivation. How does that work? I don't even know, guess it's just the mind of a Gracie. So, moral of saying all this is that this term I will actually put in 100%. I promise, I swear on Nialler's grave, on Harold's, on Woody's, on DJ's, on Boobear's. And that's saying something.
Painted my nails with OPI's In The Spot-Light Pink polish, such a pretty soft pink! Though looking at my nails right now it looks quite ugly.. Maybe because it's been a few days and washing dishes etc. I used Sally Hansen's Hard as Nails as a base and then Sally Hansen's Maximum Growth as my top coat. Oh and I applied 2 coats of the pink polish so it's slightly more opaque. So lately haven't really been doing much, just allowing my mind to relax and making myself comfortable - a bit of indulgence for myself before school starts again! OHHH! Last night I watched The Amazing Spiderman, holy shibs man, it is such a great movie!!! Andrew Garfield is officially my favourite actor. He was on the ellen show the other day and he is so so modest, so so amazingly adorable wow. This movie is like up there with The bloody Avengers mate!
Oh and just a heads up, if you plan to watch Ice Age be warned.. I think number 3 was better, this one is so predictable and no suspense. Usually I'm the kind of person who loves every single movie but this one just wasn't good, but I do admit I only wanted to watch it because Chasing the Sun was in it :) ..
I try and take as many photos as I can before I blog so it's a tad more interesting haha. Holy foshiz I'm freezing my non existent ding a ling off. It's been so bloody cold the past few nights but during the day it's nice and warm. 2 nights ago I couldn't sleep so I stayed up until like 3am watching the janoskians ha.. ha.. And they actually made me laugh quite a bit! I shall leave here with some videos. Ciao bella!
